Mark Wilson: wood-plans.com contributing editor
Mark has been enjoying woodworking since he was a boy. His first project was a turned jelutong & mahogany lamp (seen below) designed in the 1970′s by his first instructor, an enthusiastic prairie menonite craftsman. Mark currently runs a small custom furniture and woodcrafting shop in Fort Langley, BC in the Pacific Northwest. When not busy in the woodshop or designing new pieces, Mark likes to spend time with friends and family enjoying the great outdoors of beautiful BC.
"I wanted this website to be a small showcase for the way modern woodworkers build furniture. Plans from past decades simply do not reflect current methods of work or contemporary tastes – even if the pieces are intended to have a traditional look."
